Exceptional buying experience
I could tell on meeting Jason for the first time that he was genuine, honest and knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area. He took the time to listen and understand what it was that I was looking for in a property. At all times during the sales process his communication was precise and clear so that I could make informed decisions. I really appreciated that he was the selling agent.

The whole sale process was excellent
Ryan was very knowledgeable about sales in the area and gave excellent price guidance for setting the reserve on auction. When the property was passed in Ryan's negotiating skills came to the fore leading to exchange of contracts on the day of the auction after the property was passed in. The Vendors were very pleased with the price achieved and a successful sale was in large part due to Ryan's efforts.
