A great communicator who gets the results.
Joe gave us a honest appraisal at a time the market was changing rapidly. He organized all the different aspects of the sale process and provided us with daily updates. Joe provides a honest and fair service to both the seller and potential buyers. This resulted in a sale price far above our expectations. We couldn't be happier with how the sale was handled and the sale price achieved. Thanks Joe.

Honest and Diligent
Trust is a huge thing in the R/E market. We recently purchased our 3rd investment property through coast n country R/E. Never once did I feel like there was anything going on behind the scene with our offer process, Jason and Ryan were open, honest and prompt with all correspondence. I’d recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another property through coast n country in the future.

Ryan is by far the most honest, reliable and genuine Real Estate agent we have dealt with.
