Having worked as a Real Estate agent I knew exactly what type of an agent I wanted to sell my home. I followed the sales and agents in my estate and town and decided to interview 3 of the best. Ryan did stand out and was an excellent communicator. We were both on the same page and agreed with the process and price. I had arranged my sale of contract and prepared my home before contacting Ryan so I hoped to move quickly through the process. I listed with Ryan on the Friday afternoon and the photographer was at my home 10am on Saturday and a private viewing the same morning. The listing with photos were put on the website on Tuesday and two weeks later after 3 private viewings, 3 open houses, 30 people going through my home and 3 offers I accepted an offer that I was happy with.
