Nana has an extensive knowledge of the local market and was a great communicator throughout the selling process. Selling the home you have lived in for almost forty years is not always an easy task but Nana made the process a lot easier with her understanding and attention to detail. Stress free
We were undecided about what we wanted to do Angie came in with a free appraisal and not once put us under pressure. We contacted her about a month later and within a week our house was on the market. Her price range was spot on. She was at every open house and within a couple of open houses she had a great interest from potential buyers. After a lot of her time and dedication we sold for the maximum price. And all within 4 weeks. We can’t thank her enough.

“All about Nana Coburn”
I would like to spread the word that she is the best Real Estate Agent in this area. She makes sure everything is perfect in her work. When people are interested in buying a property she tells them everything that makes the property perfect. The name of all the fruit tree makes the buyer interested. She shows them the beautiful ocean view from the house and front porch. She explains all that goes with the pool and garage and very large garage.
