Overwhelming professionalism

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.

very un satisfy

When rang and spoke to the front desk on the Friday and explained my situation I was informed that my agent would get back to me on Monday and that there wouldn't be an issue with my question and I could get an extension. when my agent contacted me on Monday I was denied the extension and was informed that the person I spoke to on Friday shouldn't have told me that and pretty much I miss out now. after explaining the situation there was no care or consideration. Even tough I contacted them in the correct time I was allocated but because my agent didn't get back to me in the correct time frame with documents that F requested on Friday I miss out cause its there policy.
