I would say that our experience with Chris was one of the least stressful experiences I've ever had buying a house. He was totally accomodating with all our needs. His communication was excellent. His assistant Emma was also great. He trustworthy and honest, I woulds not hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone as an agent.

You Wont Find a Better Agent
Having bought and sold numerous properties over the years, I’ve dealt with many agents. If there was a way to go above and beyond, Chris did it. He secured a sale price well above expected, communicated regularly and unambiguously, and handled every challenge in a way I that will impress you every time; by far, the best Agent I have ever used.

Persistent and knowledgable
Chris invested a lot of out-of-hours time to ensure our sale went smoothly. This was not just limited to the negotiation process but also the settlement process after which Chris did not need to be apart of. He’s knowledge of the industry was very thorough which really helped and guided us through the initial stages of putting the house on the market and also during negotiation. Chris and his team went above and beyond and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
