This is my second experience dealing with Dowling Eastlakes and Chris Rowbottom. My first sale was at a difficult time for myself and Ex wife and Chris (Lance) understood that and made the process very easy and pain free. A buyer was found and the best price was obtained for us. So when my elderly mother decided to sell her duplex and move in with my family the choice was easy. I rang Chris initially to explain the situation that she was still deciding on her options and did not want to be rushed or pushed into making a decision and when the time was right we would call him. Mum made the decision to sell on a Sunday afternoon so I rang Chris straight away and by the next Sunday it was effectively sold.
