Having done our due diligence in researching a potential agency to sell our family home of 33 years, we chose Allison Mifsud and First National Epping, for many compelling reasons. There is of course her successful history in the Eastwood area over many years, but our reasons were more simply her absolute honesty and integrity. Having established our trust in her at the outset, we felt we were in very safe hands. Through the whole process we couldn’t have asked more of Allison, her level of communication, her phone calls, emails and texts updating us constantly, her understanding of potential buyers and their requirements meant she was also a great listener, there was also her ability to foresee and head off any issue almost before it had arisen. We hit the property market when it was declining. Alison was very familiar with the local market and shared her expertise. She was practical, not sugar coating things, but always up beat. Our experience dealing with Allison was quite brief but we had no problems at all during the entire process. She was prompt to respond to our initial enquiry and was able to quickly broker a deal with the vendor. The entire negotiation lasted for only a weekend and we felt very satisfied with what we had in the end. She also went the extra mile by arranging a last-minute request to inspect the property despite not being available herself. We look forward to having our next property investment through Allison and the rest of First National Epping in the near future. P.S. We were definitely impressed when she went out of her way to call security when a random stranger interrupted us as we were about to end our meeting.
