Eddie is a really down to earth guy. When you talk to him it is more like talking to a friend rather than an sales agent. While most Real Estate Agents only friendly with you when they try to sell, we could reach out to Eddie any time and would help us with buying and selling advices. We decided to use Hills Direct, The Ponds, to sell our property after carefully following through other agents in the region. Our decision was right and our property is sold for a record price! Team EQ - Eddie, Amy, Prabh and Martha were very professional throughout the process. Their marketing strategy, sending weekly reports, setting up right expectations and most importantly bringing the market on the day of auction is Exceptional! The team also helped me in securing another property in The Ponds! We used to receive information on the properties before they are advertised in the market and it really helped us to put an offer before the auction.
