Eddie & Team were very responsive and always available to answer my questions. They were always prompt in their responses, even when I had questions late at night or on weekends. This was especially important to me because I was working with a tight timeline. In addition, Eddie was very professional and always put my needs first. They never pressured me into anything and they always made sure that I was comfortable with the process. They were also very willing to go the extra mile to help me, such as helping me with paperwork of my house. Eddie arranged a solicitor very quickly (late in the evening, as my solicitor was not available at that time) and helped to close the deal in tight timeline as per current market in ponds. Overall, I am very happy with the service that I received from Eddie. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Here’s a review of a sceptic whom changed his view. I compared two agent, one local vs one whom I had experience with from a different suburb. My comfort was someone whom I knew had a proven sales record vs someone whom I did not know. My partner’s view was for someone whom had local experience and potentially a database of client. My sceptic view was that at the end of the day, it would be the same property viewed by the same buyers hence the sales skill was what ultimately mattered.
