I live four hours from Sydney on the mid north coast. My elderly parents, need to relocate close to my sister and I. When deciding who to sell our parent’s home, we needed someone from the area who had up to date market knowledge and knew the area. Also someone very trustworthy as we were selling long distance. Youhan was a joy to work with. He had his hands full with dealing with my 87 year old Dad and my very stubborn 85 year old mum. Neither adapt well to strangers. However Youhan was patient, kind and understanding of these older citizens. With Youhan’s help and expertise we were able to settle on a good price and have a successful outcome. Not easy long distance. Youhan kept the family updated with every new twist and turn on a daily basis. This wonderful man took the worry out of selling. As a family, and myself in particular, we will never be able to thank Youhan enough. A true professional and a heck of a nice guy.
