At the instruction of our Bank, we elected for a really speedy settlement. As in, only 40% the usual length of a standard settlement. Not a single complaint from the team (we dealt primarily with Paul Land) and they were always available to answer any questions we had, made us feel comfortable and always kept their promises. In a suburb and surrounds full of real estate agents, many of them not exactly the most helpful or honest people, we were overjoyed with the straightforward services and interactions we had with John Hesse and their team.
