I contacted Eddie 3 months prior in his office and told him what I was looking for and what I needed in my home His reply was “don’t do anything before You sell your home when you have sold your house come in snd we will talk. And that’s what I did. I notified him and within weeks his collegue Paul called me to tell me that Eddie told him to hurry up and contact me and tell me that he found my new home and it had my name on it. I was given VIP inspection. I fell in love with it the minute I saw it. I put an offer in 2 weeks later and it was mine. If I may say so his other team member Paul was excellent too. his attention to detail was extreme, Via internet, he finalised my contract 9.30 pm on a Friday night to secure my new home and cancel Saturday’s inspections. We chose Paul as our agent based on signage in our area and positive reviews we found. We weren’t disappointed. While we had originally planned to shop around before choosing an agent, based on our first meeting with him we decided that he was the right fit for us. He was very thorough, spending over three hours with us, despite (as we later found out) him being on holidays. We were extremely happy to have been able to sell our house off market, due to Paul’s relationships with potential buyers. Our house sold almost immediately. Eddie and his team are just fantastic. They are very professional and will guide you through every step of the process. Eddie knows the market very well and you can rely on his advice. Amy is very nice and approachable making the entire experience very relaxing. They organised everything, handyman for repairs, painter, cleaner, photographer, etc - all resulted in achieving a record price for us in auction, so I highly recommend them- they deserve every dollar you pay (I have sold properties with other agents in the past and the experience has not been the same).
