Pleasure to work with - professional, realistic and helpful
We worked with Eddie and Luke on our recent home purchase. After playing games with time-wasting agents for 12 months, working with Eddie was a breath of fresh air. He took our call after business hours and even organized a time for us to inspect the property privately. From our first offer to contracts signed within a day and a half, as a serious buyer we really appreciated the feedback and straight shooting direction with Eddie. Sold sold sold at a good and fair price for both parties. Quick sale is a good sale, and Eddie makes it happen. Would recommend Eddie, Luke and the team at Hills Direct!

Fabulous Sales Experience from planning to an outstanding Sales reult
Paul Land is the ultimate Strategic Real Estate Professional . Nothing is a problem for Paul . He does not hesitate to provide feedback , assist in property preparedness for sale , will get his hands dirty in moving furniture , suggesting areas to capitalize on in the sale and be very honest in feedback. The Strategic Sales process we enjoyed with Paul was always a consulting plan that was developed . We had regular strategy meetings even months before the listing began and during the process. We had reviews on what was required prior to listing and Paul was always on hand with his local knowledge of trades and regulations that were and are essential to deliver a great House to market We were always in contact with Paul and there wasn't a missed return call in the whole sales process.
