Great communication and commendable poise. Excellent service.
The sale of our house involved a number of delicate personal matters requiring nuance and understanding. It was for this reason that we asked Eddie (First National The Ponds) not to officially list our house online, but rather to use referrals from other local properties to attempt the sale. The result was amazing. John, Eddie and the crew at First National were able to tap into a pool of local buyers that were eager to book themselves in for private “one on one” inspections of our property. Eddie found the perfect buyer who appreciated our home which we had poured much care and attention into. He also handled himself with grace and dignity as he negotiated a fair deal for both parties. We are indebted to Eddie for achieving the sale in good time while remaining highly ethical and demonstrating rare goodwill. It’s the difference that was needed to make our somewhat difficult transition as comfortable and as stress free as possible under otherwise difficult circumstances. Realistic and helpful
Deciding to sell my house was a quick decision, John was extremely helpful in providing advice on what I needed to do to prepare for sale. John is always honest, keeps to his word, open, respectful and nothing was ever too silly a question. It was an an emotional rollercoaster deciding to sell my home, but John made it an absolute pleasure. I can not recommend John highly enough or thank him for what he has done for my future

Over and above helpful and honest
John kept to his word from the moment I met him and was very open and honest. From my initial viewing of the property he was prompt in following up without being pushy or overbearing. I subsequently sold my previous home to purchase the new house and he was very knowledgeable, reasonable and helpful in making the process as smooth and seamless as possible. He is very respectful and open with everyone I witnessed him deal with. I can not thank John enough for helping me purchase my fantastic new home

We are in our dream home
We have been looking for the right house for a long time and John put himself out there for us giving us the first look at a new house which we knew straight away was the one for us. No mucking around we negotiated straight away and got it. We are very happy with the service and it pays to put your name and what you want out there

John a true professional with tenacity.
We sold our home through John and his team at Hills Direct during the downturn in the property market. By week 4 a potential buyer had come through with interest and by week 6 we were under contract at the price we were happy with. Although faced with a few obstacles and challenges, it was John's extensive experience, calm nature and his tenacity that help us through the whole process. John was open in his communication each step of the way. He and his team were also extremely professional and respectful during the open homes. Also John has a wealth of networks, he introduced us to the cleaning, the carpet cleaning businesses aswell as the stylist who were all instrumental in preparing our home for sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team to family and friends.

John is a master of his profession. His communication throughout was exceptional and at all times we felt he had our best interests at heart. Working with Eddie to sell our property
Professional and a very experienced agent. Eddie was great and provided us with the best possible options when we were struggling to sell our investment unit which was on market with another agent for about 4 months without any offer. We reached him and asked for his help. He provided us with great advice and plans that worked with our financial situation, and consequently sold the unit in less than 3 weeks.
