Deborah continually updated me on progress and potential buyer feedback. Her detailed reports of the open house inspections were very comprehensive to the point that I felt as if I had been present at each and every inspection. I was also provided with valuable guidance during negotiations of presale offers. The sale proceeded without a hitch and with a better outcome than anticipated.
