To sell a property during a tricky time is always challenging, and most agents would simply ask the vendor to reduce price further and further for a quick deal. Unfortunately I was selling my townhouse in Baulkham Hills exactly during the uncertain period, however, with the patience and professional service Deborah has provided, I managed to have it sold around the expected price. Deborah is absolutely the agent who cares client the most. After 7 months of patient open inspection, negotiation (incl. 2 withdrawals after offer had been accepted), she provided numberous professional advices on how to attracting right buyers and improving the look of the property. A total professional with an understanding of what we require for an outcome and a person who is able to convey this to the buyer in a way that is not aggressive or demeaning but in a way of persuasion.
