To sell a property during a tricky time is always challenging, and most agents would simply ask the vendor to reduce price further and further for a quick deal. Unfortunately I was selling my townhouse in Baulkham Hills exactly during the uncertain period, however, with the patience and professional service Deborah has provided, I managed to have it sold around the expected price. Selling a unit when there are so many being built nearby, bad publicity on units, an Owner's Corporation wanting to "punish" the builder developer and having no knowledge of building and criticism of the Private Certifier is not an easy climate in which to work.
