Adrienne took away all the stress of selling the Unit with her knowledge of the market particularly concerning Retirement Villages Sales. She knew exactly what price to place on the Unit that would interest buyers and of course we have sold the Unit. Her communication skills were second to none! Every text, email and phone call was responded to promptly by Adrienne, she most definitely is not a nine to fiver or a five day a weeker, she’s there for you when you need her. Her professional and co-ordination skills dealing with me, the purchaser, the Village and both parties Solictors were spot on, no stone unturned for Adrienne to secure a fair Sale for all concerned. Adrienne also recommended trades people ie cleaners, property disposal and removal etc who turned out both professional and reliable. We could not fault Amanda in the whole process of selling the house. Her personal touch, honesty, way of dealing with people (including myself when i was very stressed as a single parent) was next level. The years of Realty experience is shown in all areas of selling. Amanda always kept us in the loop of what was going on behind the scenes. She could answer any questions in detail, and kept the lines of communication very open.
