I first met Kim about 15 years ago at one of her open house inspections. I got lost and couldn't find my way, so I called Kim who was so kind and patient with me and guided me through until I reached the place. By the time I arrived, it was like 30 minutes after the scheduled time. I felt so embarrassed, but Kim warmly greeted me with her beautiful smile. I remembered I was thinking to myself at time that, if I were to sell my house, Kim would be the one I'd like to engage and work with. 15 years later, I approached Kim to discuss the prospects of selling our property. I must say it’s one of my best decisions that I’ve ever made. During the whole preparation and campaign process, Kim has been extremely professional and patient. She has always made herself available to answer all our questions without ambiguity. She listened and provided her professional advice with respect.
