When I was ready to sell, I contacted what appeared to be the two most highly rated agencies locally. At the first agency I was told someone would call me shortly. I never heard from them again. The second agency, McGrath, said the same thing only this time Robert called me back within about an hour. He briefly explained the selling process and we organized a time for him to look at the property and give me his opinion on a likely selling price. Moving forward a little, I remember when I first saw the proposed promotional photos I knew instantly I'd made the right choice of agent. They looked amazing and showed my property in the absolute best possible light. Still, I wondered how I would go with the selling price. I had been looking online at what was for sale locally and most of the "competition" appeared to be in new or near new apartment complexes whereas mine was in a 50 year-old block. Also, I was aware that many potential buyers were after a two bedroom apartment whereas mine was a one bedroom. However, I received an offer I was happy to accept in the first two weeks. In short, I could hardly be more impressed with the professionalism of Robert and his team. I found Robert very approachable and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend McGrath to others looking at selling based on my experience.

We recently purchased our property from McGrath, we initially went to inspect a different house but it was a little small, through our conversation with Kim, she grasped our needs and preferences and was able to recommend us this property, being part of the North Ryde community, Kim has superb knowledge around the suburbs and the surroundings, that helped us cleared some of our concerns. We were very impressed with the way that Kim took time to listen to our situation and what we were looking for and directed us to the right options. Moreover, a few weeks after the settlement when tenants were moving in, they had some issues with hot water and Kim went back and forth to the property to help sorting out the issue, which saved us money from getting a plumber, when I know for a fact that some agent would just simply tell you to pay for a plumber, the level of cares that Kim displayed, her willingness and devotion to help truly distinguish her from other agents who are just interested in settling the property and making the commission full stop. We're truly grateful to have met Kim that led us to this property we like, thanks Kim! PS everyone in the North Ryde McGrath team has been awesome and professional too, the other salesperson Richard was very informative and leasing agent Rachel successfully found us the tenant from just one open house.
