Kim and her team have been absolutely fantastic during the whole preparation and campaign process, the process took over a year from first contacting Kim to the fall of the hammer, this was down to my personal circumstances and Kim was patient and very supporting during this time. At no time was she hassling or pushy as other estate agents do. Kim advised how the house should be displayed and what items of maintenance and upgrades need to be done prior to the campaign to get best offer at auction. This certainly increased the value of the property. Kim and her team project managed the contractors who undertook the works. Kim’s dealings with potential purchasers throughout the campaign was also amazing and the level of communication for updates were great. On the day of auction we were updated and advised by the auctioneer. The auctioneer’s performance was captivating and enthusiastic maintaining interest to a big crowd. From the start Kim and her team were extremely professional, and went above and beyond. She was patient and she cared. She provided far more than other agents were. We wanted to know what was worth doing or not worth doing to the house before sale to get a good price, Kim was able to answer honestly and assist with suggested contractors. This high level of service, care and honesty continued to the end. Through the process things chopped and changed on our side and she was only ever patient and supportive. Kim was able to ensure we had bidders at the Auction who almost didn't attend, this alone got us an extra more than $100k that would not have been there if that second highest bidder hadn't attended.
