This may be an unusual review since I am writing from the perspective of the buyer, but my experience with Kim has been so positive that I am leaving this review :-). Although Kim's job is to look after her vendor's interests first and foremost, she was still helpful, communicative and as open with me as she could be (without breaching confidentiality), during a fast-paced competitive sale of an off-market property. I should note that she also introduced me to that property having identified accurately that it was exactly what I wanted -- so full marks there! Not only that, but she has gone above and beyond during some stressful pre-settlement dramas with a suddenly reluctant lender, providing advice, sharing my annoyance, and generally being a sympathetic ear. She is (even outside of her role as a real estate agent) a genuinely nice human to talk to. I imagine she'd be great at selling your home too!
