This was my first purchase through SMSF which is more complex and lengthy process and in addition COVID19 Pandemic made my situation worse for me. However Robert and his team made it easier for me by supporting me with extensions on cooling off period and any other issues that arose in between It would have been a stressful experience for me if it wasn't for Robert's patience and support.
