Absolutely Brilliant In the most difficult of current times Kim and her associate Carrie gave excellent suggestions, guidance and managed to a very successful sale of my family home of 30 yrs. I now live in New Zealand so had to do everything by remote control. In the space of a week and a bit from the day after the tenants moved out, Kim and Carrie bought my home to a wonderful showpiece once again. They organised and coordinated everything from carpet re-dying, repaint internals, rejuvenated the decking, gardening and fantastic styling and more. I was ecstatic with their result The marketing campaign was to be for 4 weeks but given the current Corona Virus situation. At two and a half weeks Kim already had an offer and 6 strong interested parties. We discussed and decided best to bring the auction forward 1 week. In 3 days Kim had personally shown all the parties how to Online auction/bid, bought forward the auctioneer, made sure everyone was comfortable with the process and tested systems. The result, a smooth and exciting auction with over 60 bids made for an excellent outcome for both myself and the wonderful family who purchased my home to now make theirs. I cannot thank Kim and her associate Carrie enough on how effortless and stress free they made the entire process especially as I had to rely on them for everything as I was overseas.
