First National looked after my rental property for 4.5 years. Initially it was fantastic but complacency set in and I found I had to chase and followup on actions on several occasions. This was disappointing and eventually the property was moved to another agency to be sold. There were also a number of issues which had not been identified during regular inspections that had to be dealt with as a matter of urgency by the new agents which I felt called into question the quality of the quarterly inspections that had been carried out by First National. If you have the time to keep on top of issues, then yes I would recommend them but if you want someone just to sort things and have the confidence it was being done I would hesitate although having said that, as I stated, initially they were very good.
