The settlement process had a minor delay, but at no stage did my wife and I, had to worry, as Nyall had everything under control, and was constantly communicating with us. Nyall has been more of a friend than an agent. His knowledge of the market was excellent and he knew that the design of the house was for a very selected market. He also had a very good interest of my private life and my daughters private life. He had an interest in my restoration of an MGB MK11and always asked how it was going.
