Admittedly we viewed the house at Nar Nar Goon as a bit if a pipe dream, our house wasn’t on the market yet which meant we were not the strongest of buyers. Well when we fell in love with the property Nyall worked effortlessly in making sure our dream turned into a reality! His patience in allowing us extra time to look around the place, answering questions and endless phone calls showed exactly what an honest, kind and trustworthy real estate he is! Nyall has BAGS of experience and there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer! Nyall was with us at every step of the way! He communicates extensively with his vendors and buyers ( even when he was on annual leave) and kept us updated throughout! I can not recommend him enough! Simone Perrin was a pleasure to deal with. After falling in love with our house at an open inspection, Simone gave me the time to ask lots of questions and answered them all. Simone arranged a time for me and my partner to come back and view the property where we were also able to arrange a house inspection- with tenants in the house Simone did her very best for us to get a viewing time after work and it all worked out perfectly. As first home buyers we didn't know much about the processes but Simone guided us through it all and was patient with us. We greatly appreciated dealing with such a professional real estate agent while buying our first home and we would highly recommend Simone for any of your realtor needs.

Not stressful at all. 😀 . Matt did a great job of assessing our property and advising us what needed doing and what didn't. We had two open for inspections. We had many viewers. Within three weeks a new owner was found. So his marketing was spot on and hassle free.

We bought our property from Nyall, who was paramount in helping get this through council for building, he was knowledgeable, diligent and immediate in action if the sale issues. We had our own property on the market, the agent was not showing much promise, we stopped the sale, waited out the contract and resigned with Nyall, who is getting results in a very ordinary sellers market.
