We had a very positive experience selling our home through First National Newcastle. All questions were answered and nothing was too much effort. We set our expectations an the team delivered. We went to Auction in the Spring Fling on 6/11/16 after only 4 weeks on the market- We had open houses each weekend & one midweek therefore enabling prospective buyers plenty of opportunity to view the property at various dates & times. We embraced the teams feed back to ensure the house presented well. On auction day we had 2 registered bidders who were keen to buy, I believe we tested the market and we achieved a positive result.
