Coming in from the outside
This family set out to acquire a significant property in Newcastle, and found it was to be auctioned by First National / George Rafty. We deliberately had minimum contact in advance, other than to arrange for a usual Pest and Building - which was managed well by First National/ Brooke. No worries at all. Bid successfully for the purchase. Followed up with various contacts re access prior to settlement and found First National and George himself instantly responsive; better still - effective. Finally keys were delivered by Brooke on behalf of George to the property, by arrangement, with an elegant gift alongside the keys. From beginning to end, across all contacts with the agency and agents: confident endorsement by both of us. Potentially difficult made comfortable. Exemplary.
