Rebecca made the process of selling our home so easy for us. Her experience in the Port Stephens Property Market was obvious which made us confident in accepting the advice she gave. Rebecca was able to attract the right buyers through her knowledge and marketing skills which led to success at the auction and a price that far outweighed our expectations in the current market. Thanks Bec xx

Having worked in the industry Phill knows many of the local agents, and knows Rebecca as a no-nonsense agent. Her enthusiasm and energy was the initial reason for choosing her and we were not disappointed with our choice. She and her team kept us fully informed throughout the process with regular catch ups, written reports and recommendations. We were impressed with the professional handling of our property including the online marketing, press, and open houses. In three words professional, enthusiastic and energetic. Tracey worked hard to get us a good sale price at a difficult time in the market. She also negotiated favourable settlement terms.

We can highly recommend Rebecca Dean she is very professional and at all times has your interest at heart. Not only did she sell our home but found us an apartment which suited our needs as we are down sizing for our later years in life.

Rebecca and her team have helped us with the sale of our property and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. If something didn’t work, a quick call and bam, it’s changed. Weekly meetings, calls, advice they were on it. Definitely sell with Rebecca and her team next time, 100% recommend First National. Anthony & Rose

This is the second house that Rebecca and her team has sold for us. On both occasions, Rebecca's knowledge of the local market was exceptional. She kept us informed at all times and the sales were achieved in a rapid time frame, which suited us perfectly. The most recent sale was by auction and we were quite nervous about the process. However, Rebecca put our minds at ease and our house sold on auction night at a price we more than happy with. We would not hesitate to use Rebecca Dean First National again and thoroughly recommend her and her team to any prospective client!

Against all odds, Bec and her team were faced with a time pressure scenario that resulted in the sale of my property and the purchase of another. There decisive decision making and resourcefulness meant that no money was spent on marketing and the exchange took place within a few weeks. To add to this I would like to thank Bec for her transparency and honest approach, traits that I belive are hard to come by in the real estate game. Could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks Team!!!!
