We needed to buy a house and just loved Salamander Bay. Rebecca informed us of upcoming properties which really helped. We looked through this property at an open day and initially wasn’t sure, Rebecca organised other private inspections for us and we knew this was the house. We offered an amount and Rebecca informed us of other buyers etc...She kept us informed through the whole process and fortunately for us we were able to buy the house. I have known Rebecca for a long time and I have always found her to be fair, honest, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, informative, approachable and friendly.

Right from the start Rebecca and her team at 1st National instilled a confidence is us that even at this difficult time with Covid and with few people able to visit, we would sell. Rebecca's enthusiasm for our house was outstanding and positive right through the selling process. We would certainly recommend Rebecca and her team for their knowledge of the market and professionalism.

Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She clearly has a sound understanding of the local market and found us a buyer without even the need for an expensive marketing campaign. We find the process of buying and selling houses quite stressful but Rebecca kept in contact with us at all times and kept us at ease. She even provided sound advice regarding the property we were looking at through another agent, and which we were lucky enough to buy. We cannot recommend Rebecca and her team highly enough!

We can not recommend Bec more highly. She listened to us in what we wanted and gave us realistic goals. Her clientele list is like no other. Bec made the whole process so easy and kept us up to date the whole way through. We couldn’t be happy that we chose Bec to sell our property.

Professional, down to earth and very unpretentious. She speaks and explains things easily and in a no nonsense way. Definitely not treated as just another notch in the sales stats. She’s fabulous, so is her team!

We SOLD our property in just over a week!! Rebecca and her team were amazing. We had offers the first full day of marketing. We were given sound advice on the price and offers being made, were kept well informed on a daily basis and signed the contract. No hassle, no stress. A great experience.
