She assisted us with trades people to do some repairs on the property. Finally she found the right Tennant for us. Kelly Pengelly has been my property manager now for a number of years. Her professionalism and attention to detail can never be questioned. My property has had a very limited vacancy period due to the relationship Kelly builds with the tenants whilst also ensuring the tenants abide by the tenancy agreement.
