Firstly, the represent from First National Real Estate Burton Groves is Kelly Pengilly. I hadn't rented my property for a number of years and decided to once again enter the rental market. Kelly made the rental re-entry process very easy. After meeting Kelly, I could tell she was a very professional and caring person. Because I decided to rent my unit fully furnished Kelly assisted me with what I should leave at the unit and what I should remove. Then Kelly and I went through the legal side of things relating to the rental contract. Everything was fully explained. Kelly then informed me of the good news that she had a potential tenant. I understand Kelly met with the person, who I understand hadn't rented before, and assisted him resulting in the person moving into the unit soon after. Shortly after the tenant moved in an unfortunate issue arose with the main drainage system involving all the units. Kelly took this issue on and expedited the situation. The problem was resolved soon after.   In summary, I would highly recommend Kelly Pengilly to anyone if they were seeking a highly professional Property Manager.
