A pleasure to deal with
The entire property management team have been a pleasure to deal with from the open home inspection through to collecting the keys and addressing maintenance concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend renting through them.

Professional friendly and attentive.

Kelly has been my Property Manager for the last 3 years and it has been such a relief to have someone that I can rely on whenever there were any issues at the property I rented. She was always available and responded immediately or organised issues straight away no matter what time of day. She is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I can not fault her. Property Manager.
Kelly Pengilly has been my property manger for my investment properties for a few years now and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Always accommodating in meeting me at properties after hours if need be or just generally does that extra bit for me as a landlord. More importantly, every tenant she has secured for me has been the perfect tenant, no dramas, damages or late rental payments and I think that all comes down to her extensive review of all applications.
