Couldn't ask or wish for better!
Connie and Joe are a fantastic team. We chose them initially because they did extra due diligence work in understanding the market and preparing their estimate (not the highest, but realistic). Inevitably, the purchase price was higher than expected. Connie is very communicative and ensured we were always up to date. She went above and beyond - personally contacting people who missed out on sale in a close by neighbourhood and suggested they come and have a look at our property. The buyer ended up being a person who missed out on the earlier sale. Thanks Connie and Joe!

Who else would you choose to sell your house?

Buying first home made easy
As a first home buyer it can be pretty scary and alot of the mumbo-jumbo I just don't understand. Rebecca explained everything to me in a way I could understand which was very comforting... Even sorted out electricity connection! She is polite, up front, on time, and professional. I highly recommend.
