My property manager Kelly Pengilly from First National Real Estate Burton Groves is a very professional, highly competent and a really friendly and approachable person to work with. Kelly always communicates in a very polite and clear manner both to me and the tenants and trades people on my behalf which enables very productive and positive working relationships. Whenever there have been any issues or concerns Kelly has always been very quick to respond in a very diplomatic and understanding manner and keeps me well informed at all times. Her background checks on prospective tenants has always been very thorough and her final recommendations have been excellent and proved beneficial in final tenant selection. All house inspections have been conducted regularly and thoroughly with concise and valuable written feedback provided both to the landlord and the tenant. All maintenance issues are dealt with speedily and appropriately and often Kelly instructs the trades people to contact me to keep me fully informed which I appreciate. My property manager Ms Kelly Pengilly has worked tremendously hard to make sure the correct tenants occupy our property. At such a high level of screaming applicants, knowing the people we wished for. Acquiring tradies to maintain repairs as they appear from what ever type of breakdown takes place. Most importantly informing any anomaly’s whether from what the tenants request or when inspection are due and when legal tasks are due like checking smoke detectors. Yes all the above are part of her duties in managing properties they have been carried out to a very high standard. Thank you, Kelly.
