Connie and Joe obviously know the market very well, they gave an honest and accurate indication of pricing, they already had a list of people looking to buy in my area that they contacted and got them to come to the first and only open, they worked very hard communicating to 2 potential buyers in order to get the best outcome for me and kept me advised all through the process. I really believe that a lesser agent would have taken the easy way out and accepted the first offer, they didn't, they fought for their client to get the best deal for me.
