We decided to put our home on the market early in the year. We decided after interviewing a couple of agents to go with Connie and Joe who had sold us this property about 11 years ago. Turned out to be a great decision. We got great advice from them on how to present our home for best effect, they arranged a video to be done that was wonderful along with the great photos taken for the online advertising. Every step of the way they were helpful and in regular contact and happy to answer any questions we had. We ended up having 5 offers after our first open, all were at or exceeded our expectations and the one selected was well above what we hoped for. While we staged the property ourselves we got great advice from Connie and Joe on the little details that make it all come together. We're now almost at settlement date at time of writing and all has gone smoothly with Connie and Joe helping us all the way. If we could give more stars we would, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
