Before we got in touch with Dennis we’d had a really hard time finding something suitable for us that was available and within our price range. We had some pretty specific requests and Dennis paid attention to all of them! Fortunately for us he had a house just about to go on the market that ticked all our boxes! Within days of making contact we had put in an offer and by the end of the following month we had moved into our new home! Dennis made the whole process really easy and was there for us from start to finish. He was available at basically all hours to answer any and all of my (sometimes silly) questions and concerns. He was so on the ball with knowledge about the suburb and the actual house itself! He was very personable and made me very comfortable through the whole settlement. 100% would (and have) recommend!

From the home open , when we met Dennis, through to settlement he has been professional, extremely friendly and his communication throughout the process was outstanding and always very prompt. Even post settlement Dennis has stayed in contact to ensure we are happy, settled and offered his knowledge of local businesses and trades, should we need them. Dennis ensured that our move to Buselton was completely seamless. We found him to be very honest, helpful and caring. Dennis made himself available 7 days a week throughout the entire process. His knowledge of Busselton and surrounding areas is first class. Dennis is simply an outstanding, ethical and very professional agent. We really enjoyed working with him.

I told Dennis what I wanted to get for my home so came to me with a sales and marketing strategy to ensure I received a great offer, I ended up with multiple offers and I ended up with the price I wanted. Dennis kept in touch with me during the duration of the sales process, from writing the offer right through to after settlement. I loved that he was reachable incase I had any concerns. He was available 7 days a week and his knowledge was great during my time dealing with him. I felt very comfortable during that period knowing my property was in good hands.
