Local Knowledge at its Best!
Being new to the area, we spoke to a few agents, but Dennis was the one who had the knowledge of Busselton, I was chasing a new block to build on and the new Estate was just perfect! He negotiated the best price. Also he has helped in other areas of Real Estate guidance without expecting anything in return - appreciate his honesty and efficiency

With you every step of the way
Dennis not only got us a better price for our property then we could have dreamed of, he did it less than 2 weeks. He was respectful of our tenant we had in the property and worked with both her and ourselves in selling the property and any little issues that popped up. He kept us well informed at all times, so we weren't wondering what was happening. All with a great sense of humour. We highly recommend Dennis.

Bought during peak time but felt after sale service was forgotten
Dennis assisted in getting the property which we are really thankful but feel that service provided during and after was bare minimum. Shame as buying a house is an exciting time for everyone and felt that we were forgotten once deal was done.
