Quick and easy sale
Jason negotiated the sale of our investment property despite a difficult tenant living there and refusing to leave. He achieved the price that he estimated before going to market and we were happy with it. We thought it was fair for both us and the buyers. Jason made the whole process easy and stress free for us, even though we there were problems with the tenants and we were in Qld with a closed border due to COVID-19.
