Having sold me Victoria Street approx 2yrs ago, I felt that when it came time to me selling, I would use Davids knowledge of the property and what renovations had gone into it for optimal advantage. David approached me with a solid plan in place on how we would go about getting maximum interest and competition amongst purchasers. From the day we listed a price on the property to an inspection and exchange of contracts at the asking price took about 24hrs. David has since negotiated a selling price I am happy with when it looked like the purchaser was pulling out. Overall extremely happy.

I was impressed with David's professionalism, and extremely happy with the result. The advertising and photo's presented the property at it's best. I would not hesitate to recommend David to other potential clients.

I was very pleased with how David approached the marketing of my property. The property was listed at the beginning of the week but by the time photos were taken and the copy written the advertisement did not make it in time for that Saturday's Property Week. This didn't stop David. He undertook to conduct an open house on the Saturday with signs placed at the bottom of the road. By Monday the property was SOLD. Thank you David and First National - very happy clients all round.

I highly recommended David Small for selling or buying any property in the Upper Orara area as he has exceptional local knowledge. He is very personable, makes it easy to discuss your concerns, always professional, courteous, works with you and for you, which is imperative. David always keeps you in the loop, openly discusses concerns and respects your input, which I really appreciated, at no time did I feel left out or overwhelmed with the many decisions and demands of selling a property. He works hard to achieve your desired goals and nothing was too much trouble. His patience, tenacity, knowledge and selling expertise is exceptional.

David is always positive, I would go so far as to say passionate, about selling property. He doesn't "reach for the sky", he goes in with a realistic attitude and works hard for the vendor in trying to get the best price. I have had agents in the past whom I thought may have been working for the purchaser...? Dave is personable and always makes himself available. I have no hesitation in recommending David to anybody putting their property on the market.
