I was very pleased with how David approached the marketing of my property. The property was listed at the beginning of the week but by the time photos were taken and the copy written the advertisement did not make it in time for that Saturday's Property Week. This didn't stop David. He undertook to conduct an open house on the Saturday with signs placed at the bottom of the road. By Monday the property was SOLD.
