I had looked at a few rental properties without much luck. I saw a place online that i liked and the agent made themselves available on the weekend to give me a private walk through. I really appreciated this as i work a lot of hours during the week. I explained that i really wanted the new place and put an application in on line. Those who are currently renting know how difficult and stressful the process is during these times. The process of having to inspect, apply and have the stress of competing with dozens of other families for a property to live in, with the market and it currently is, can be extremely difficult and competitive and this makes it all the more stressful. Right from from the beginning, even before the inspection date, the team at First National have been in constant communication, providing a wealth of information and have always been patient and kind with the constant questions. Once we received our approval, Natasha and her team have been so helpful with all the questions we have had and have really gone out of their way to do everything they can to suit our needs. They have been incredibly respectful and so willing to asisst us. I would highly recommend.
