Erin and Alexander were very helpful, found us a beautiful duplex in a great neighbourhood and held my hand through the leasing process. There were many small faults with the property, the previous tenants hadn't kept up maintenance. Erin and Alex were very patient in resolving the issues quickly. A good agent is not defined by the ability to get a lease signed by all parties, a good agent resolves problems outside the norm. These guys performed.
