I bought my house through Andrew's real estate two years ago and didn't hesitate asking him to assist us in selling my father's home last month. Andrew was very straight forward with his valuation of the property and backed all his evaluations, reasonings and claims with up to date market research and in depth general knowledge of the Macarthur area. The sale price that Andrew estimated exceeded our initial expectations but was proven to be realistic to the current market. We debated about using an interior decorator which Andrew suggested when selling the property and Andrew did not pressure us at all. When we decided to move forward with that option we were amazed at how the house transformed to reflect its full potential for a young family and demonstrated the space that was available within the home. The styling itself was beautiful and the stylists were very talented. Andrew was always contactable, always willing to assist us and very professional yet approachable. He always had answers for the questions we asked and we didn't find him to ever embellish his information. We found him extremely honest and the effort we saw him put into selling the house (and others at that time) was incredible. The agency is active on social media and marketing platforms and Andrew monitors the views and media traffic for these platforms providing feedback to the vendor and ensuring that the property is appropriately advertised. I have now worked with Andrew as a buyer and a vendor and will not hesitate to contact him in the future as a first my agent of choice. Other staff within the First National Narellan were also always polite and happy to assist us. I would recommend Andrew to any person looking to buy or sell a property in or out of the Macarthur area.
