Some months ago I decided to sell my house and move into a retirement village, but was faced with the challenging task of finding and selecting an estate agent who would not only provide good value for money but would be available at any time for consultation, and would have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market. After receiving a short list of estate agents operating in this district I decided to offer the job of preparing my property for the market to Andrew Valciukas of First National Real Estate Collective. Andrew came and inspected the property and after further consultation with him, I decided he was indeed the “man for the job”, and immediately engaged him. I was right insomuch that he was the “man for the job”, as he set about getting the necessary procedures in place to get the property on the market as soon as possible after all the preparatory work was finalised. The amount of time and effort he put into walking me through the process was unbelievable. Then as time progressed, if I had any questions I either called or messaged him and the response time was incredible. Either by return or within just a few minutes. Andrew even provided answers to questions I never even thought to ask, such was his knowledge of the industry. Every question, no matter how trivial, mattered to him. Andrew was immensely patient with my seemingly endless questions. My apologies were met with “never an issue” or perhaps, “that's what we are here for”. I was so grateful for that. Nothing was a bother to him. I am not sure how you could engage a better agent than Andrew, and his entire team for that matter, as their patience, understanding, advice, guidance and perseverance were second to none. Would I engage Andrew again should I have the need, YES YOU BETCHA.
