Andrew has always been exceptional at managing our properties so it was no surprise with the service we received when selling our property. Given it was our first home we purchased as 20 year olds meant a great deal to us. As a result, Andrew was very understanding with our requests. Andrew liaised with our conveyancer and all communication was transparent with us being cc’ed into any correspondence. He met us promptly in person and we were impressed with his skills as a communicator and salesman and was the standout from all the agents we had met up to that point. My mother was selling her place and in assisting her, we were looking for someone who could represent her well. Andrew was able to communicate effectively with my mother, talk her language and spoke with respect. He was confident of his strategy and in his knowledge of the market. His pricing was competitive and we felt he brought much more value than what he asked for. Throughout the process there was prompt communication and he was accessible for a busy working family. Andrew really shone when he was able to navigate obstacles outside of all our control and he stayed cool and calm in these settings.
