I met Andrew at an open house in late October and immediately he struck me as a knowledgeable real estate professional that is more interested in helping you in a home you'll love rather than playing games to drive up the sale price, as was our experience with many of the other operators in the area. 6 weeks later we moved into our forever home. The whole time Andrew made the process nothing less than seamless. Andrew went out of his way to cover all bases when explaining anything that came up, to meeting with us at short notice in or out of business hours and did all the liaising with builder/vendor. Timely response, answering all my doubts which is very important when buying a house.
