Being busy with our own workload and businesses the one thing that we appreciated was the fact Andrew took a lot of the stress and pressure away - normally felt with selling a house, his communication was fantastic, he kept us up to date at least twice a week with full details of progress, we trusted his judgment and were well guided by his experience. 2 open homes, 3 offers and sold! From my initial contact with Andrew at First National, I knew he would be the agent to work with. My first call to him asking about a similar home sold in the area gave me the information I needed to make the right decision and invite him to appraise our home for sale. He and his team of Michael, Goran & Erin inspected and made suggestions on styling to show the best our home had to offer. 2 open homes, 3 offers and a return inspection with offer accepted that same weekend. We could not be happier with the result and are pleased to pass onto another family who we hope will love it here too.
