A very big THANK YOU to Michael & Camille for their service which was conducted in such a Professional, Friendly & Empathetic way. My Sister and I had the heartbreaking responsibility of selling our Family home following our Mum's death and the whole process was handled so smoothly from our first meeting. After a 3 week Promotion the Home sold for an amazing price at Auction. Thank you again Michael & Camille for your wonderful service.

From our very first meeting when Michael appraised our property with view to sale, he explained clearly the steps to be followed and the realistic expectations to be achieved. The entire Auction campaign was outlined and the roles of all parties explained. During the campaign, the results of the "open house" days were provided and it was evident that the procedures in place were positive pointers to a successful outcome. The marketing results achieved by the Daystar Team; email enquiries, contracts issued, inspections, internet hits and SMS messages, all indicated that a positive result was in prospect. The final result far exceeded our expectations. Michael and his Daystar team were very obliging, positive and professional giving great confidence and security in our sale. We cannot thank him and his Team enough.

We found Paul to be very professional and knowledge about the sale process involved with an auction. His knowledge of the local market was excellent and nothing was too much trouble during the lead up and on auction day. Highly recommended.

Paul took over the sale of my property after having it listed with another agent for nearly 3 months. It was truly a completely different experience working with Paul. It was stress free and quick. Paul kept me informed and updated in the short 5 days he had it listed and sold. There was more communication in those 5 days, then there was in the 3 months with the first agent. Very appreciative of Paul's work ethic and highly recommend him.

Paul did a challenging job well with the smile. As always there were a few wrinkles along the way but "Mission Accomplished"
