Paul was veey helpful and approachable.
Paul was very transparent and gave us visibility on the process, he gave us time to think and was happy to show us the property more than once and was following up with us regularly. I totally recommend Paul as one of the best.

Best agent we have dealt with
Paul is very honest, friendly and not pushy unlike other real estate agents. He went out of his way to show other properties that may be of interest to us. Paul guided us through the signing / contract process. Being first home buyers this was all new and scary to us. Paul made it much less stressful. Thank you again!!

Sale of Investment Property
It was great to be able to complete the sale of our Investment Property during Covid Lockdown, when we could not meet Paul Davis in person, and everything needed to be negotiated either by phone or email. Paul helped us through a difficult time, where we had to decide whether to go forward with the tenant in situ, or wait for the tenant to leave and refurbish, then advertise. We went with the former and the tenant was very accommodating to our needs and Paul's requests. Paul handled the situation with the tenant very professionally.
