There was no question in who we chose to sell our property, one interview with Paul and we knew we'd found a good agent. No fuss no unnecessary calls, straight to the point and managed everything so well. Very pleased with the Auction sale, an enjoyable and profitable experience all round.

This was my first time dealing with Michael, and I must say his market experience, communication, and professionalism was 2nd to none. He did what he said when he said he would do it and we achieved the result we wanted so quick. Thank You Michael, John Giannoulis (Peakhurst)

Michael was spot on all the way and kept our expectations in line. What is particularly good is the way Michael took us through the scenarios of auction day and it all played out exactly as he said to us.

Michael was with each step of the way, explaining the process, making sure we had all the information and answering all our questions (even those sent late at night by email). Very helpful day and night. We knew our house was in good hands for sale. Highly recommend him to all people. He is trustworthy and knows the local suburbs extremely well.

We are so thankful for the professionalism and how accommodating Michael was in helping us finally realize our dream of purchasing our first home. Not once did we feel talked down to or unimportant which has happed to us in the past. We couldn't have had a better experience and we feel blessed to have had him guide us through this.

Best agent by far.... Michael exceeded all our expectations. He made the whole process easy and worry-free. Our advice is to trust Michael and let him take control. In doing this Michael was able to sell our property in a quick professional and efficient manner giving us regular updates along the way. This resulted in selling our property $60,000 above the reserve price!!! I can not recommend Michael and his team enough! Definitely, the best in the business and an agent you can actually trust.
